New delivery area

We have doubled our delivery area to better accommodate more patients. The following zip codes have been added and are now eligible for delivery. If you are within one of these zip codes and have already signed up, we will be sending you an email with information on how to connect to your caregiver and place a delivery. If you have not signed up yet, sign up on our website at keystoneshops.com/delivery-sign-up.

First-time patients

If you are interested in signing up for the Caregiver Delivery Program but have never been to a Keystone Shops location, we have some good news. We are now allowing delivery for patients who have not yet been to a Keystone Shops location. All we ask is that you fill out our intake form which can now be found on our website and will be sent to you upon sign-up.

Delivery updates

We have also made some changes to our online delivery menu. We will now keep the delivery menu open until 6pm for next-day delivery. At 6pm, the menu will be completely turned off to allow for our team to organize all of the orders for the next day.

How it works

Any registered patient can apply at keystoneshops.com/delivery. If further assistance is needed, please email us at caregivers@keystoneshops.com.

  1. Patients must apply for the Keystone Caregiver Program at keystoneshops.com/delivery before being eligible for delivery.
  2. After filling out the online form, you will receive a confirmation email with directions on how to connect your patient profile to one or more of Keystones Caregivers.
  3. Once your patient profile is connected with one of our caregivers on the PA Department of Health website, you will receive a final email confirmation and are then approved to place a delivery order.

All orders must be placed at least a day in advance. All orders will be screened by an employee at the dispensary. Patients who order for delivery but are not yet approved will be notified that their order has been declined and sent instructions on how to apply for delivery.

Once you are approved for delivery, you will be able to select the delivery option during check out and choose your pick up window. Delivery is currently available Tuesday – Saturday from 10am to 6pm. All orders will be for the following day.

Free delivery on your first order until Labor Day 2020, plus all orders over $100 are free!
