New home drop-off area

We have doubled our drop-off area to better accommodate more patients. The following zip codes have been added and are now eligible for medical marijuana home drop-off. If you are within one of these zip codes and have already signed up, we will be sending you an email with information on how to connect to your caregiver and place your first order. If you have not signed up yet, sign up on our website at https://keystoneshops.com/keystone-at-home/.

First-time patients

If you are interested in signing up for the Keystone at Home Program but have never been to a Keystone Shops location, we have some good news. We are now offering medical marijuana home drop-off for patients who have not yet been to a Keystone Shops location. All we ask is that you fill out our intake form which can now be found on our website and will be sent to you upon sign-up.

Menu updates

We have also made some changes to our online Keystone at Home menu. We will now keep the menu open until 6pm for next-day delivery. At 6pm, the menu will be completely turned off to allow for our team to organize all of the orders for the next day.

How it works

Any registered patient can apply at https://keystoneshops.com/keystone-at-home/. If further assistance is needed, please email us at caregivers@keystoneshops.com.

  1. Patients must apply for the Keystone at Home Program at https://keystoneshops.com/keystone-at-home/ before being eligible for medical marijuana home drop-off.
  2. After filling out the online form, you will receive a confirmation email with directions on how to connect your patient profile to one or more of Keystone’s Caregivers.
  3. Once your patient profile is connected with one of our caregivers on the PA Department of Health website, you will receive a final email confirmation and are then approved to place an order.

All orders will be screened by an employee at the dispensary. If you order Keystone at Home drop off, but have not yet signed up, you will be contacted and sent instructions on how to apply for medical marijuana home drop-off.

Once you are approved, you will be able to select the Keystone at Home option during check out and choose your pick up window. Medical marijuana home drop-off is currently available Tuesday – Saturday from 10am to 6pm. All orders will be for the following day.
