Our Caregiver Program gives our patients access to their medical marijuana products from the comfort of their homes, and will ideally make our medical marijuana products much more accessible to a wider range of patients in need.

No! In an effort to make caregiver drop-off a convenient option for all of our patients, we now have our patient intake form available online. If you are a first time patient, please complete our first time patient form before you request your first drop-off.
There is a minimum cart threshold of $100 to request our drop-off service. There is no fee to use the Caregiver service.
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any modifications once a request for drop-off has been submitted. We cannot add/remove products, change drop-off time, or include products that are not listed on our drop-off menu.
Our drop-off menu includes all of the items that are currently eligible for our Caregiver Program. We include as many items as possible based on current stock and availability. This menu is separate from the in-store and curbside pick-up menu. We are unable to add items from a different menu to your drop-off order.
All orders requesting drop off must be placed from 9am-6pm to be eligible for next day drop-off. At checkout, you will be able to request the AM or PM drop-off window. If all available slots are full, you will not be able to select that window of time for drop off.
We offer drop-off from Tuesday-Saturday. You can choose from two time windows. Our AM requests will be dropped off between 9am and 1pm and PM requests are dropped off between 2pm and 6pm. You must be available to receive your products at any time during the drop-off window. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific windows of time.
You will pay for your products when they are dropped off to you. At this time we are accepting cash and debit. Drivers carry less than $20, so please have as close to the exact amount of your purchase as possible. There will be an additional $2.50 service fee with each debit transaction. You will be notified in the event that our debit machines are not available.

We encourage you to still sign up for the program and we will notify you as soon as your zip code is added. As always, our mission is to help as many patients as possible access their medication. Tips are appreciated, but not required. We do our best to make sure you can access your medication conveniently and efficiently.
Yes, we can only drop off to a patient’s physical residence.
Yes. The person whose name is on the request must be present to receive the products and submit payment. Our caregivers/drivers are required to check identification before drop off can be completed.
We are happy to apply your senior or military discount to your order on the day that it is placed. If your drop-off request is placed on a Monday for Tuesday drop off, your military discount will still be applied. If your request is made on Tuesday for Wednesday drop off, your senior discount will still be applied.
Yes! You will receive your first text notification soon after you complete the checkout process through Jane. If there are any issues you will be notified by text and/or email. You will receive the next notification when your products are in transit on the day of your scheduled drop-off. The final notification will be when your caregiver/driver is approaching.
