Do I need to visit Keystone Shops before being eligible for delivery?

No! In an effort to make delivery a convenient option for all of our patients, we now have our patient intake form available online. If you are a first time patient, please complete our first time patient form before you place your first delivery order.


What is the delivery fee?

Great news! We are offering a $0 fee on your first delivery order! We are also offering a Summer Special; free delivery on all orders over $100 through September 7th, 2020. Orders after the first free delivery and below the $100 threshold will have a $10 delivery fee. 


Is there a delivery minimum?

There is no minimum purchase to be eligible for delivery. Orders that total less than $100 will incur a $10 delivery fee.


What time is the latest time I can submit an order?

All delivery orders must be placed from 10am-6pm in order to be eligible for next day delivery. At checkout you will be able to choose whether you want to receive your order during the AM or PM delivery window.


When will my order be delivered?

We offer delivery from Tuesday-Saturday. You can choose from two delivery windows. Our AM deliveries will be delivered between 10am and 2pm and PM deliveries are delivered between 2pm and 6pm. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order within the time that you select. If we are unable to accommodate your preferred day/time we will contact you as soon as possible.


How do I pay for my order?

At this time we are accepting cash and debit. Drivers carry less than $20, so please have as close to the exact amount of your purchase as possible. There will be an additional $2.50 service fee with each debit transaction.


I’m just outside of the Delivery Area, will you still deliver my order?

If you don’t see your zip code above, don’t worry! We look forward to quickly expanding our area of coverage as our Caregiver Network grows. We encourage you to still sign up for the program and we will notify you as soon as your zip code is added. As always, our mission is to help as many patients as possible access their medication. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate you!


Should I tip my delivery driver?

Tips are appreciated, but not required. We do our best to make sure you can access your medication conveniently and efficiently. 


Do I have to be at my home address to receive a delivery?

Yes, we can only deliver to a physical residence. Please no P.O. boxes, business addresses, etc.


Do I have to be present for my delivery?

Yes. The person whose name is on the order must be present to receive the order. Our drivers are required to check identification before delivery can be completed.


How do the senior and military discounts work with delivery?

We are happy to apply your senior or military discount to your order on the day       that is placed. If your order is placed on a Monday for Tuesday delivery, your military discount will still be applied. If your order is placed on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, your senior discount will still be applied.
