Philadelphia Metro Wildlife Center

Keystone Shops is supporting Philadelphia Metro Wildlife Center as July’s Charity of the Month. Located in King of Prussia, this non-profit, wildlife rehabilitation center serves communities and animals of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. How do they do this? By offering a 7 day a week wildlife rehabilitation care and community education focused on care and nature. As a mostly volunteer based team, they bring together experience and dedication. You can learn more about this organization through their events and wildlife education programs!

In June, some Keystone Shops employees got first hand experience working with the Philadelphia Metro Wildlife Center when one employee spotted some ducklings at a corporate center. At first, he searched for the mother, but when the baby ducklings began to follow him, it was clear mama duck was not close by. With the help of some coworkers, the ducklings were gently scooped up and delivered to PMWC. Although animal drop offs is a free service offered by PMWC, the cost is not. Any donations help support wildlife rehabilitation in our community!

Keystone Shops believes in giving back to our community to promote the development and betterment of our surrounding communities. Each month, we chose a local charity with a mission close to our hearts and promote awareness and campaign to raise funds. 100% of the funds raised are donated to charity. Keystone Shops matches a portion of funds raised each month.
